This agreement is between Saadishop (the "Company") and the subscribing customer (the "Member").

Purpose of membership

The membership fee pays for a clearly defined package of delivery services and benefits, set out in the membership benefits & limits. It is not a purchase of groceries, and it does not create a cash balance, loan, investment or ownership interest in Saadishop.

Delivery benefits

Delivery benefits apply only to completed, eligible orders within our delivery area that meet the minimum order amount. Once your benefits are used, our published discounted delivery rates apply.

Additional benefits

Depending on your plan, benefits may include product discounts, technician and emergency service discounts, milk subscription discounts, a membership ID card and priority customer support.

Purchases and renewal

Membership fees and product orders are separate transactions, each confirmed separately. A membership is valid for its plan period and can be renewed.

Cancellation and responsibilities

Cancellation follows our membership cancellation & refund policy. Members agree to give accurate information and not to misuse benefits.
