This policy covers cancelling a membership, stopping renewals, unused benefits, refunds and payment adjustments. All procedures follow Shari'ah principles for service contracts (Ijarah).

How to cancel

Send your request through our official support channels. Stopping future renewals is treated separately from cancelling a period you have already paid for.

Cancelling before activation

If you cancel before your membership is activated and before any benefit is used, your refund follows your membership agreement. Any administrative deduction is disclosed to you first.

Cancelling during an active period

Your refund is worked out as: amount paid − value of services already used − disclosed permissible charges.

Renewals

You can withdraw permission for future renewal payments at any time. If a renewal payment fails, benefits for the new unpaid period may be paused after we notify you. No interest, late-payment penalty or extra fee is ever charged.

Duplicate or wrong payments

A confirmed duplicate or wrong payment is refunded promptly by the original payment method. If a dispute is not resolved, it is reviewed by our complaints officer and referred for legal or Shari'ah guidance where needed.
